Lola – creative movement and play therapist
Lola is a dedicated Yoga practitioner, researcher, educator, self-love mentor, metta meditation teacher and movement/play therapist. Initially trained as a dancer and choreographer, she later extended her education in dance/movement therapy, yogic philosophy, buddhist studies, positive psychology, play therapy and meditation. Her training and work experience come from India, Japan, Vietnam, Czech Republic, Spain, Indonesia, Germany and Greece. Lola’s work synthesizes intuitive movement, gentle touch, soothing breathwork, and joyful play. Her classes and workshops are a place of an intimate exploration of the self, and an opportunity to cultivate self-love, compassion, connection, courage, somatic confidence, awareness and authentic self-expression. She is the author of two books (Atma-Prema Yoga: 13 Essential Practices For Awakening Self-Love + Practice Happiness: A Handbook For Busy People) and a contributing writer for The Chopra Center.
Daniella – energy healer through reiki and sound healing
Danielle began her journey “within” after graduating university and decided to take time to travel. Originally from the hustle and bustle Western lifestyle of California she was tired of the pressures and wanted to do something different. Making a promise to herself to make a difference in the world by spreading holistic healing and awareness of conscious living, a year later she explored Asia and began her studies. She completed a certification in Vinyasa, Anusara, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga and Yoga as Therapy with different schools, studied Ayurvedic medicine and certified at a Masters Level in Reiki and Tibetan Singing bowl Sound Healing. After a surf injury she had a physical injury and she felt the vibrations heal her knee after 3 months of studying. She felt her epiphany moment when she finally surrendered and let go of all her stories and let go of her ego of thinking she had it all figured out. After, this surrender the bowls revealed to her so much that she was surpassing and could work towards healing. Since then she has loved sharing these energetic works because she finds it so empowering that the receiver can physically feel the pranic movement and can therefore have more tangible focus to work towards nurturing healing and releasing. She is a big believer that we all carry a diamond within that just needs to be polished, that we are capable of anything if we start with self love and surrender. Once she found Be Kind retreats she knew she found something special. Their core and their belief resonated so much she knew she wanted to be part of the magic and because it was so aligned with her mission to spread holistic healing and self love to the world.

Through imagery, she helps clients understand who they are and what they are feeling. This helps them to comprehend the origin of their conflicts and gives them a deeper understanding of themselves. Once this is accomplished, she guides them to process their feelings and leads them through a journey of acceptance, empowerment, self-love and healing.
Linda – yoga and meditation therapist
Linda is meditation and yoga therapist from the Czech Republic. After years of her own yoga practice, she decided to travel to India to dive deeper into the science of Yoga. Since then she taught workshops and classes throughout Europe and Asia. When living in Europe, she was guiding entrepreneurs and business leaders to a more balanced and sustainable lifestyle with yoga, mindfulness, meditation and personal coaching. For her classes and workshops, she sources from her experiences of Vipassana meditation, Kundalini and Yin Yoga, as well as Pranayama and mindful movement. Linda’s other passion is holding space for women to find support and empowerment in themselves and each other rather than feeding a sense of competition. For Linda, yoga is a lifestyle. It’s beautiful and empowering as it is messy and challenging at times. She believes this practice teaches us to self-reflection and how to approach situations that come up in our day-to-day life.
