We will walk 5-8 km, elevation 400-700 m.a.s.l. with slow pace and breaks.
The daily yoga you do during the retreat provides a good start for the day and helps you regenerate from the physical challenges of the hikes. This helps you stay fit and will make you return home completely relaxed after your hiking and yoga holiday.
