August 15-28, 2022 Live Fully 200hr Meditation, Breathwork & YTT, Guatemala

This 200-hour Teacher Training is a 14-day course composed of Meditation, Breathwork, and Yoga. Our studies will include the 8 Limbs of Yoga, chakras, mantras, mudras, alignment, adjustments, philosophy, student teaching sessions, and ecstatic dance. Experience hiking around Lake Atitlán, bonfire, sauna, plant bath, guided breathwork journeys, and Cacao Ceremony. This training is for everyone, from beginners to experienced yoga students who want to develop an intuitive personal practice and become a meditation, breathwork & yoga teacher.

San Marcos la Laguna is a small Mayan village on Lake Atitlán in the western highlands of Guatemala.
