 Anatomically based alignment to prevent injury: Our alignment techniques make it so you don’t have to memorize cues for every pose. You learn how to create safety in each joint of the body and apply it to every pose.
Creative Aerial Vinyasa Sequencing Technique: we take the wisdom of the creative process and apply it to movement so that you can create YOUnique sequences!
