DIG DEEPER YOGA STUDIES 200 Hour Teacher Training

DIG DEEPER YOGA STUDIES 200 is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance® Registered Level 1 Teacher Training.
NEW SCHEDULE for 2022 training. TRAINING STARTS SEPTEMBER 17, 2022 WITH YOGA IMMERSION.

This program is designed for serious students of yoga who want to take their practice and life to the next level as well as for those who want to learn the tools of becoming a great yoga teacher.

the full program includes:
Immersion into Yoga – (30 hours)

Anatomy & Biomechanics Training (15 hours)

The Art & Science of Teaching Yoga: DDYS 200 (72 hours)

Meditation Immersion classes (9 hours)

Pose Labs (6 hours) – will be offered 1 per month (all livestream/recorded, dates added throughout year)

One Public online/in-person class per week (40 hours) with Naime or Sue- must include 10 mixed level, 10, Basics, 10 Gentle, 10 Speciality

A tracking sheet will be given at the start of the training to support recording your hours for the public classes. Once completion of training (including homework assignments, full attendance, final exam and final evaluation) is achieved, each student will be given a diploma and will qualify to register with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour RYT level.
