Mindfulness and Meditation with Ayesha combines a variety of different techniques. During the month of May, she will be leading different meditation sessions and some will incorporate relaxation, awareness of the present, self-awareness, healing techniques through breathing, self-love, and compassion. Her method involves listening to the energy of her participants and being able to use this to guide her in the style of meditation she will be using. Her goal will be to find ways of relaxing and balancing the body and mind and help reduce stress.
