Nina will offer Tai Chi practice to allow a deep connection to each unique place. The practice of Tai Chi optimizes the healing energy experienced in Greece.

Meditation

Ray will offer guided meditation and visualization practices to augment the deep medicine of this land.

Journaling

You will have ample time to reflect and journal about your day’s journeys. Each day will be filled with these extraordinary places, and moments to remember delightfully packed with history, culture, and images as well as scents and tastes, and music and dance!
