Dive deep into the heart of yoga and cultivate your highest expression of Self-love with this inspiring and nourishing weekend retreat led by Nat Kendall at the gorgeous Yosemite Moonstone Retreat Center!

This journey into bhakti yoga and beyond will involve asana practices, chanting, storytelling, journaling and group discussions as we inquire within. Experience the powerful practices of bhakti (devotion) and open the heart to something deeper – the supreme love that resides in each and every single one of us.

Over the weekend we’ll explore mythology, kirtan (group chanting of mantra), meditation and more as tools to deepen our own awakening and connection to the abundance of prema (Love) that holds us all. We will meet each other on this sacred path in the magic of Yosemite’s awe-inspiring topography.

Plus, enjoy meals in community (all meals for the weekend are included in the program price), hikes, fireside conversations, and more in this supremely beautiful and serene setting.

Balanced Rock offers nutrient-dense, locally-sourced, and organic meals on our inclusive retreats, prepared onsite by a local chef. All food for this 3-day retreat is included in the program price. You will be prompted at registration to list your dietary preferences, which will be honored.
