New Year Retreat | Iyengar, Hatha, Meditative Arts and Traditional Tantra

New Year retreat in the mountains of the Sierra de Gredos. Like every year we gather around forests of oaks, pines, cork oaks and white quartz stones to say goodbye to the year and welcome the experiences of the new year.

From December 30th to January 2nd – At Casa Rural El Pagano, Arenas de San Pedro. Between the Tiétar Valley and Sierra de Gredos.

From the integration of Iyengar Yoga, hatha, vinyasa krama and traditional Kashmir Tantra.

In this retreat we integrate movement, meditation, forest baths, Iyengar Yoga, traditional Tantra, Fire Ceremony (Havan), Voice Liberation, Sensory Dinner, conscious eating, ecstatic dance and sound journeys.

Aimed at Yoga practitioners, teachers, therapists and ultimately all those interested in self-discovery through this ancient practice that is Yoga.
