This 200-hour Teacher Training is a 12-day course composed of Mediation, Breathwork, and Yoga. Our studies will include the 8 Limbs of Yoga, chakras, mantras, mudras, alignment, adjustments, philosophy, student teaching sessions, and ecstatic dance. Experience hiking around Sacred Valley, bonfires, guided breathwork journeys, and Cacao Ceremony. This training is for everyone, from beginners to experienced yoga students who want to develop an intuitive personal practice and become a meditation, breathwork & yoga teacher.
