7-Day Immersive Yin Yoga Teacher Training & Retreat in Mallorca

Join us for a transformative week of Prana • Yin Yoga Teacher Training in the beautiful nature of Mallorca. This immersive 65-hour training is an invitation to deepen your own practice, explore the wisdom of Yin Yoga, and learn how to confidently guide others through mindful, nourishing yoga experiences.

Our approach combines Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Five Elements, anatomy, energy awareness and teaching methodology. Rather than simply collecting techniques, you will be encouraged to slow down, listen inwardly and develop your own authentic voice as a teacher.

Throughout the week, you will experience daily Yin and Prana practices, meditation, breathwork and teaching practice, while exploring the deeper energetic and philosophical aspects of Yin Yoga.

The training takes place in a peaceful private finca surrounded by nature — creating space to disconnect from everyday life, reconnect with yourself and immerse fully in the practice.

More than a training

This is also a chance to rest, connect and experience Mallorca in a supportive and intimate environment. Alongside the training, there is time for nature, nourishing vegetarian meals and additional wellness experiences such as sound healing, Kirtan, ecstatic dance, sauna and an optional ice bath.

You will leave with new knowledge, practical teaching tools, a deeper understanding of Yin Yoga and, most importantly, a stronger connection to your own practice.
