Enjoy the gorgoous setting and the sounds of the water at the historic Founders Lodge at Des Moines Beach Park as we meditate, move, and connect! This retreat will refresh your mind+body+spirit connection.

To comply with social distancing, limited space is available.

Tentative Schedule:

Please bring your yoga mat, yoga blocks, a blanket, and a water bottle. We suggest layered clothing as the doors will be propped open for ventilation. Face masks are required at all times while inside the retreat space.

Investment in self is only $199 for the entire day including food and some fun Aya swag!

Please note that unless the event is cancelled, no refunds will be allowed although you may transfer your purchase to another attendee. Parking costs are not included in the event fee.
