Residential Yoga Training Center for Women
Our Yoga classes are a blend of dedication, effort, sweating, and relaxation, with numerous options given to make each individual class harder or easier, depending on your health condition and how you feel that day. As a teacher i believe in Gurukula sampradaya and i train each student after knowing their potential and their capacity since all re not the same and some students will need extra care. I am interested to help my students to give confidence, clarity, compassion, and patience, both on and off the mat.
We run a full program of Residential yoga courses for women each year. They are all designed to convey the profound and practical wisdom and techniques that yoga offers in all its forms that can make such a qualitative difference to our daily life and self-understanding.
An example of a daily course timetable. It always includes:
An early morning yoga class
chanting (mantra yoga) and meditation
Yoga during the morning
Course sessions: one in the late morning, two in the afternoon and one in the evening
Free time – to share with others, be in nature, rest, practice yoga or simply be quiet.
Food and accommodation will be provided and strict Veg diets and absolutely NO DRUGS AND ALCOHOL during the stay and if you are planning to take yoga classes i advice to stay away from smoking and drinking at least two weeks earlier.
When coming for a course, it is possible to arrive or depart a day or so earlier or later, in order to extend the yoga experience and follow the normal yoga daily routine.
We teaches and follows the Ashtanga Yoga of Pathanjali, the maharshi who laid down the foundation for traditional yoga.

The fees includes Pick up and drop from airport, sharing accommodation and Vegetarian food during the stay.
