This is a sweet, grounding, class intended to help strengthen mental and emotional durability. Compassionately meeting yourself with low-intensity poses lying down, you will gradually build heat, working toward more challenging stabilizing and balancing poses. Held in mindful attention, conscious of breath you will tune in even deeper to parts of yourself that may have been dormant. Ending your practice in a state of calm, with a few long-held yin shapes, you will finish with a progressive relaxation.
