It was LOVE at FIRST VORTEX!!!
SEDONA captured my Soul and I VOW to come back as many times as I can and bring as many people there as possible!!!
And so, HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!
This time I am not curating this experience alone! I am excited to share this RETREAT with a DUO I LOVE!!!
FOLLOW US ON IG @machadobliss and @teslahippies
I first met Missy and David Hartley at magical Anamaya in Montezuma, Costa Rica, where they attended one of my retreats and after a few and a Yoga Training later, I am delighted to bring them in as my co-hosts!
This will be a week to REFINE our Selves!!! To go within and clean out the edges of who we are, closing the GAP between who you have been to a more authentic and genuine Self.
And to make it even more auspicious, the New Moon will be setting the tone of newness and refinement, along the house which is shaped like a New Moon. Bam!!!
Meet your Co-hosts:
David Hartley:
David has been doing yoga now for 10 years. He first started doing yoga to improve his volleyball game, and it did! After that, he was playing much better and even winning tournaments. One day he was injured and had a slight tear in his meniscus. David couldn’t play much volleyball, so he decided to try a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), that year, at his local gym, Lifetime Fitness Denver, CO. (2016) After completing the YTT his leg was much better, and his life was much better. Yoga didn’t just heal his body, but it healed his mind, and soul. Next thing you know, he was closing business, meeting his goals, and following his dreams. David loves yoga and is enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge and experience with others. David’s background as a financial adviser is bringing expertise to this retreat in ways that will only know when you join us.

About Missy Hartley by Missy:
“My yoga journey started in 2016, my ex-husband introduced me to kundalini and sound healing medicine. I never stuck to it until I went through my divorce a year later and fell into depression, anxiety, no body awareness, I felt lost. In 2017 I met my new husband David who had just got done with his first yoga teacher training, I saw something in him that sparked my curiosity it was his joy and happiness he had for life, and his acceptance and compassion for anything that came his way. I was in a lot of physical pain when me and him met and I wanted some of that good vibe energy. We went to a yoga class in Boulder, and I barely could do any of the poses, the next morning I woke up and realized I was in less pain, and the stitches I had were healing faster.
Right there I dived right into yoga and it progressed into more than a workout for my mental and physical health it became a part of who I am. Yoga and the knowledge of yoga philosophy has made me into a better human I love to strengthen my practice as a student, but also build myself up as a teacher to harness what I’m called here to do. I got this far, not on a whim, everything leading up to even this moment has served me, I believe we are all called to discover and explore this life in more than one way. Stagnant has never been in my vocabulary, I’m a mover and a get after it kind of woman. Mind over matter, but let that matter serve you in a way that releases happiness, joy and discovery of yourself. My favorite classes to teach are Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow.”

David and Missy are curating for this week retreat a workshop that I am actually quite looking forward to it, check it below:
The WELLNESS of WEALTH: In this workshop we will embark on a journey to align financial prosperity with holistic well-being. In it we will explore the intersection between wealth and wellness discovering how mindful financial practices can enrich not only your bank account but also overall your quality of life.

The HOUSE:
This one-of-a-kind, Frank Lloyd Wright style home is original Mid-Century and Sedona southwest. Shaped like a crescent moon, this 5 bedroom (8 beds) 5 bath, 4000+ square foot home has plenty of room for our entire group. Take in the views from the 93 windows, play ping pong or pool on the breezeway, enjoy the air on the deck or lounge on comfy furniture, we will explore the 4 acre grounds and venture to sites nearby. We even have our very own creek!
Custom built in 1971, the home inspired by Frank Loyd Wright and given the name “Winter Solstice”. It’s liked a crescent moon / semi-circle, and all rooms beautifully flow with its curved lines. And what better omen to have a house shaped like a New Moon, as one of our retreat themes is to Renew and Refine!
