Iyengar, Meditative Arts and Traditional Tantra
Specialized training for Yoga teachers interested in our teaching methodology.

If you are already a Yoga teacher and you are interested in our teaching methodology, we invite you to participate in the last 10 days of our 200-hour training for Yoga teachers in which you will join at the end of the training in a 10-day experiential retreat format.
We will work from the integration of Iyengar Yoga, hatha, Vinyasa Krama and traditional Kashmir Tantra.
A comprehensive training in yogic and meditative practice. We recommend this training for those who are already Yoga teachers and have no experience in the practice of Iyengar Yoga and the methodology of our school. If you want to take some advanced training from our school and you do not have experience in Iyengar Yoga, we recommend that you lay your foundations with this training.
