Thailand Retreat – October 2022 – A few spots left!

This trip will start in Chiang Mai with the option of a 3 week retreat or 2 week retreat. You could always add extra time at the front end, back end or both if you want to spend more time there.
For 3 week trip, arrive in Chiang Mai no later than Oct 2, 2022. Oct 3 am – leave Chiang Mai to go to one week volunteer program with Elephant Nature Park. Stay onsite Monday to Sunday. Oct 9 – arrive back in Chiang Mai.
THIS IS ALSO WHEN THE 2 WEEK RETREAT WOULD BEGIN. So if doing the 2 week retreat arrive in Chiang Mai no later than Oct 9. Oct 9/10 – explore day in Chiang Mai (some yoga, tour temples, if you are a tattoo junkie you could get a traditional Thai tattoo, see local shops etc)
Oct 11 – in the morning leave for 2 day jungle trek, stop at water falls, stay over night with hill tribe people, more time with Elephants and bamboo raft out on Oct 13. Oct 13 – spend last night in Chiang Mai
Oct 14 – travel day to Koh Phangan (fly to Koh Samui, Ferry to Koh Phangan. Oct 14 – Oct 20 – stay at Phangan Cove. Yoga, meditation, beach time, explore local area. Option for extra activities (Thai cooking class, day boat trip to go snorkelling, etc)
Oct 21 – travel day. Ferry to Koh Samui, fly to Bangkok. Spend a few days in Bangkok.
Fly home Oct 23. (Or stay longer if you want)

What’s included (3 week) · Accommodations, meals, activities, travel to and from at Elephant Sanctuary for full week Plus everything below 2 Week retreat: · 2 nights accommodations in Chiang Mai starting Oct 9 · 2 day jungle trek (accommodations, meals, transportation, national park fee) · 1 night accommodation back in Chiang Mai · Flight, ferry and transportation from Chiang Mai to Koh Phangan · Accommodations in Phangan Cove for 7 nights · Yoga/meditation classes · Flight, ferry, transportation from Koh Phangan to Bangkok · 2 nights accommodations in Bangkok. If you want to stay longer you can book extra accommodations at extra cost.
What is NOT included: · International flight · Any accommodations before or after start or end of retreat. If you want to arrive sooner and or stay later, I can recommend places to stay. NOTE – if registering for the 3 week retreat, you accommodations will be covered for Oct 2. If you arrive before Oct 2 you will need to book extra accommodations. I can provide booking info. · Most meals (except week 1 and during jungle trek where meals ARE provided) There are so many great places to eat and you will want to explore and try different restaurants. To register: Deposit of $400 reserves your spot. Make payments after that.
