Join Thrive Yoga Studios owner Brittany and Thrive instructor & wine specialist Sarah for a spring getaway to California wine country!

Yogis of all levels are welcome to indulge in this weekend of wine-tasting, rejuvenating yoga classes, and coastal adventure. Yoga and wine can be connected by the beautiful, sensory experience that each reveals through intentional exploration. Much like a vine roots deeply into the soil before producing luscious, unique fruit, we need time to connect with our inner wisdom in order to stay positive and present through life. SO – this trip is all about gathering in a beautiful, stress-free environment where we can learn new things, move creatively on our mats, and connect with new friends & old.

During this weekend, we will drink mindfully while learning about the life cycle of wine from the soil to the bottle. Our days will be bookended with a variety of yoga classes that designed to both stimulate internal observation and cultivate a sense of connection within our group.
