Yoga and Meditation 200 hours Teacher Training | Iyengar, Hatha and Vinyasa Krama
YOGA TEACHER TRAINING 200h LEVEL I
In this Yoga and meditation teacher training you will learn to teach Yoga sessions following the methodology of our school. Training in Iyengar Yoga, hatha, vinyasa krama and non-dualism from Kashmir. This training is given in 9 weekends in Sierra de Madrid and 1 retreat of 10 days that corresponds to the Yoga Training 108 hours. The complete training is also given in an intensive month format in July or July.
You will deepen your yogic, meditative and self-discovery practice. You will acquire the bases for the practice and teaching of Yoga, pranayamas, Yoga nidra and chanting of mantras. You will have the opportunity to breathe the essence of Kashmir tantric non-dualism, a way of seeing reality from a perspective where discipline and joy lead you to a more natural life and in contact with your instinctive wisdom.
The training is divided into 8 blocks: Philosophy, Asana, Pranayama, Physical and energetic anatomy, Ayurveda principles, Teaching methodology, Traditional Tantra and Meditative Arts (Mantra Chanting, Tandava, Sound Vibration, Types of Meditation)
You can not teach something that has not been practiced and / or tested the benefits on oneself. That is why you will learn in an experiential, theoretical and practical way in order to understand the benefits and psychology of this way of teaching and practicing.
To successfully complete this training, it will be necessary to take a theoretical and practical exam in which the acquired knowledge will have to be demonstrated and a 90-minute class will have to be taught.
A free-themed research work on Yoga must also be carried out.
