Yoga + Drumming/Live Acoustic Performance with Sue Elkind and Manas Itene of Spearhead

Join us in the studio for a unique experience with Sue Elkind and Manas Itene! Sue will lead a 60 minute All Levels yoga class accompanied by the beautiful beats of Manas, who is is a long time drummer for Michael Franti and Spearhead. He will also perform a special hand drum sequence to take you to an unforgettable savasana. After that, everyone is invited to sit, stand or dance as Manas moves into a 30 minute acoustic guitar and drum set from his new and previous albums.
