Are you looking to start attracting new guests to your unique retreat space? How exciting! In just a few simple steps you’ll be able to showcase your retreat space to a global audience of organizers looking for their next destination. Everything you need to know to get started is outlined in the steps below:
Step 1: Access your account
Click on the ‘Account’ button located at the top right of the homepage. A drop-down menu will appear—select ‘My Spaces’ from the menu to begin the listing process.
Step 2: Post a new space
This section serves as your dashboard where you can manage all your spaces listed on Yoga Trade. If this is your first time posting, it will appear empty. To get started, click the button labeled ‘Post New Space’ to list your retreat spaces available for hire.
Step 3: Fill out the retreat space details
This is your chance to make a great impression! Be thorough and include all the relevant details about your retreat space. Highlight everything that makes your venue special, such as:
- A detailed description of the space
- Amenities (yoga studios, wellness facilities, etc.)
- Nearby attractions (beaches, hiking trails, local culture)
- High-quality images showcasing your space’s best features
Adding this information will help potential retreat organizers get a clear idea of what your venue offers.
Step 4: Create and submit your space listing
Once you’ve filled out the form, click the ‘Create Space’ button at the bottom of the page to submit your listing.
Step 5: Review and approval
That’s it! Your listing will be reviewed by our team and, once approved, your space will be live on Yoga Trade for retreat organizers to discover. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your space is listed, along with a link to your dashboard where you can manage bookings and inquiries.
