Kelly has been teaching yoga for 14 years and 16 years a yogi student, she loves all forms of yoga from hatha, power flow, and heated vinyasa to healing restorative. Kelly designs classes that layer a strong emphasis on alignment, breathe, and flow to build strength, flexibility and balance. Her teaching from challenging to peaceful, is inspired by her trainings; Yogafit level 1-4, Yogafit Senior, Yogafit Pre & Postnatal, Yogafit Strength, Yogafit Abs & Butt and 200hr training through Mozi Power yoga and 200hr training through Sense of Samadhi and Trauma informed yoga through Street Yoga. These trainings along with multiple workshops including neurogenic yoga, book studies and self-practice were co-inspired by one of her favorite yoga journal teachers Sean Corne. Kelly’s approach to yoga is one that honors the need for individual self-study with the aim of healing, improving interpersonal relations and community.
