A Little More About Me
I have developed a real love for teaching & sharing my passion with others. Here in London we often work to very fast paced lifestyles, within my classes I try to work to balance out the ‘vata dosha complex’ that too much city life can provoke. Working with pranayama, bandhas & drsti, which help to focus our attention & relax the mind. I work to help people to leave feeling a sense of ease & deeper connection to themselves.
I work to adapt my classes to suit the needs of the individual, to make my classes accessible & to evoke fun, joy & freedom of expression through movement (asana). My sequences are designed to gently build to more complex poses (vinyasa krama), whilst weaving yogic philosophy into my classes.
“We’ve had fantastic feedback from participants of Abi’s classes at King’s College London. Everyone rates Abi’s classes really highly in our feedback, so they clearly enjoy her sessions. She’s great at adapting her teaching to meet the needs of the students” Alyx Murray-Jackman (Kings College London | Coordinator)
“I want to thank-you this is one of the best yoga classes I have been to for a long time. I really enjoyed it & felt a deeper understanding of the asanas & what I am supposed to be doing. I feel lighter & able to go about my day in a better way” Sarah Long (Kings College Student London)
