I am a traveler, a whitewater kayaker, and an avid reader. Yoga helps me to slow down, pause, tone back my competitive side, and just take a moment to breathe. My home base is a small town in the south of Chile where I’m in the process of opening a yoga and wellness studio.

A Little More About Me
I teach hatha of all levels, especially working with a deep knowledge of yoga anatomy to help athletes with injuries and injury prevention. I am a very ‘alignment-based’ teacher. My personal practice also includes Ashtanga.

Experience & Qualifications
Hatha, Hatha Vinyasa, Ashtanga
I practiced yoga on my own for several years before going to Rishikesh, India to complete my 200 hour YTT in June of 2018. Since then I opened a yoga studio and wellness center in rural Chile. I teach about 10 hours of yoga a week, on top of continuing my personal yoga practice. I teach a variety of hatha classes, including relaxing/recovery classes, intermediate hatha, and hatha vinyasa for athletes. I teach in both Spanish and English. I also organize and run monthly yoga retreats for travelers, which combine daily yoga, delicious food, and some of the best outdoor activities in the region.
