A qualified India RYT RPYT Multi style Yoga Teacher, Running leader, soon to be Animal flow Instructor and Nutritionist (final exams). Teaching a variety of styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Prenatal yoga (total of 795 hours of training).
My personal objective has been to couple my passion for running and yoga. It was actually after injuring myself post-marathon that I turned to yoga for healing. I have now become aware of not only the healing but the preventative benefits in order to remain injury free while running. Currently training for Paris marathon (my 4th one).
Working as a manager at Neal’s Yard Remedies back than, an organic natural health store, greatly influenced my lifestyle and has made me more conscious of my inner health. Studying Nutrition and Sport nutrition seemed like a natural progression in my journey and I hope to share my knowledge and help others when I receive my Nutrition Practitioner’s Diploma soon.
I am extremely hard working and pride myself on always completing any task to its end. It is these qualities that push me to challenge and better myself everyday through attending workshops or studying courses related to yoga, running or nutrition.
