Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Therapeutic yoga
I started practicing Yoga 2006 in a class at University. It was a slow and gentle Hatha style with a lot of focus on breathing. Since then my journey has taken me through many styles in different places of the world.
My greatest passion throughout the past years has been Ashtanga yoga, particularly Mysore style, and gaining knowledge about all various types of adaptations. Through understanding this system, it gives great freedom to adapt the practice to the personal needs of any person, any age, any condition.
I enjoy to combine it with the creativity of a Vinyasa Flow class and to give it a gentle notion by adding restorative or therapeutic yoga, when it is needed.
