I invite you to experience my Yoga classes, so that you have an opportunity to dramatically improve your overall health and well-being. The way I present the classes is very unique. I combine various techniques that I’ve learned during my Yoga Teacher Training course in India with the knowledge and wisdom gained over the years of personal practice. Using my intuitive insight I am able to feel into what each person or the group as a collective needs at every moment, and deliver that by offering appropriate guidance and spiritual tools.
In private sessions of Ayurveda Yoga Therapy i work with 5 pillars: Dharana, Pranayama, Vinyasa, Asana and Dhyana to create unique specific programs for the clients based on their PDE (presently dominant element). I design individual programs for clients to help to create balance and harmony in the physical, mental and emotional body, as well as working on restoring specific health issues.
