A Little More About Me
Currently teaching yoga in Thailand in a yoga and Muay Thai retreat for 3 months. This it’s been my first time teaching abroad in a retreat. Previously I was teaching back home in the UK yoga at the local gym and I was giving private classes and group classes in the park.
I am a Nature lover and I have passion for practising yoga in Nature.
I am super energetic and friendly, I love being active and keep myself fit and strong while I am having fun. I am a dancer and a hoop, pole and silk performer in my free time.
I enjoy spending time with myself as well, I have the hobbie of travelling alone and explore magical places surronded by incredible landscapes. When I travel around the world I spend my time hikking, understanding new cultures, meeting new people with different mindsets and meditating in the middle of the forest, at the top of a mountain or in front of the sea.
I like to be creative and come up with project ideas and make them happen. I am a photographer and a social media yoga teacher (find me on instagram, facebook and youtube, you just need to type “amariyoga”).
