Since childhood Amy has shown an immense love for dance, art, and nature. She brings that playful spirit to her classes and holds a comfortable space where people are encouraged to relax, have fun and connect through music and movement.
A Little More About Me
“Variety is the spice of life” is one motto that I live by. I enjoy trying all kinds of yoga styles and experiencing different teachers. There is always something new to be learned and enjoyed. My favorite classes include a balance of strengthening poses with plenty of relaxing ones! Nice long savasanas are always appreciated. 🙂

Experience & Qualifications
Hatha, Gentle Flow
I completed my 200hr training in 2012 and have been teaching around the US since 2013.
I facilitate yoga classes that are accessible to every body. I typically offer a gentle warm up and include a variety of poses to strengthen and release the entire body. Savasanas include a guided meditation for deep relaxation and peace.
I also have been leading a conscious dance class and Yoga Dance classes for the past 2 years. These classes include yoga techniques and body awareness practices to connect students to themselves and others.
