Human beings are full of suffering.
Suffering leads to sadness, sadness leads to anger, anger leads to attachment and the cycle goes round and round.
We smile too big and laugh too loud at the expense of others. Do not compare yourselves to the suffering of others. Your pain is yours. His pain is his. Her pain is hers.
It is my fullest intension to help a community of people learn and grow together.
We practice yoga, breathwork, self-awareness, and meditation.
It is possible to survive without destroying oneself or others in the process.
