Living the whole yogic lifestyle, food to meditation, Sadhana.. Being able to do my own practice while working.
All my training , pilates, Yoga , personal training have all been focused on helping those in need, making positive changes, from food to lifestyle and physical activity. Yoga is my passion, I’ve seen so many positive changes with myself during my training that Yoga is NOW ( pranayama ) so important to all persons from the physically fit to the mentally , emotional challenged individuals.
Ayruvedic yoga and the diet have been part of my life for many years, I just didn’t realize it. I want to continue my growth and teaching in this field.
I love to travel, I’m not building a financial career , I like earning money, would like to be paid, but volunteer with paid accommodation and food is alright too. Just has to be a warm climate..
