After working in the Amsterdam fashion industry and living a very fast-paced life for a number of years, I was ready for a change and moved to Vietnam. I immersed myself in yoga to find my balance and live a peaceful yogic lifestyle. I started a yoga studio and started organizing retreats where I hope to inspire and teach others how to find inner peace and balance by teaching soft and self-loving practices. In my classes I give hands-on adjustments and I find it important to connect with my students during and after class. I aim to create a safe environment where everyone can relax and develop at their own pace.

February 2016: 200h Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Veda Institute, Thailand
Two years ago I started a successful small Yoga studio in Saigon, Vietnam, where I have created an amazing community of expats and locals. My groups are small, with a maximum of 10 people. I have organized several week and weekend retreats in Vietnam and Cambodia. During these retreats I teach asana, meditation, Ayurveda, Yoga philosophy and spiritual healing classes. I also teach weekly kids Yoga classes at different kindergartens to kids between 3 and 6 years old. In addition, I have given mandala drawing workshops at a festival. Moreover, I teach private yoga classes and do basic Ayurvedic consults. In November I will start working for Yoga Veda institute, to teach 200h Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Trainings.
