The call of nature is a call of my heart, my mind and my body.
Through this travel, I visited and stayed in few Ashram in India and also became a YOGA Instructor in November 2018 in Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Training Center. A Yoga Alliance diploma 200 YTT.
I started after this teaching as a volunteer in Thailand and Philippines, sharing this philosophy as well as the Asanas and some meditative practices.
I also discovered, in Thailand, in Ben That, Gai Ashram. An Eco-village where I learned permaculture, Eco-construction and sustainability and I also taught Yoga Hatha classes. It was an incredible discovery and journey. I really truly enjoyed it.
Thank you for taking the time to read me.
