I’m a chilean girl who grew up in a big city, but somehow I’ve always been very connected to nature, looking for a healthy and simple way of life.
Back home I studied psychology and vinyasa krama yoga, after I finished university I stayed one year teaching and then I started travelling.
I lived in Australia for one year, in Byron Bay most of the time, practising yoga with amazing teachers, improving my English, giving classes to people from all over the world, and working as a waitress, gardener and kitchen hand, learning many different skills.
After my visa expired I went to India for 4 months. I started in the south, studying yoga therapy in Varkala, and then I kept moving around India on my own, always taking the local buses and the sleeper class in the train, making my experience in India absolutely amazing. I met the most interesting people, learned so much from their culture, saw incredible places and grew up so much. The last month I stayed in Rishikesh, practising yoga every day and studying Thai Massage.
From India I moved to Sri Lanka just to meet a friend and I ended up staying here teaching yoga, giving massage and learning surf.
I have no plans, I don’t know where life is gonna take me next or where I’m gonna be living in the future. I just know I wanna keep exploring the world, learning from people and other cultures and go deeper in my teaching and practice of yoga. I want to have a simple life, stay close to nature and do my best to contribute to the environment of this beautiful planet.

Experience & Qualifications
Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Therapy
I’ve been teaching yoga for 3 years.
In Chile I was teaching in 2 different studios (Mahatma Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga Chile), as well as doing private lessons. I also organised one retreat about Yoga and Mindful Eating, and did workshops about Stress and Anxiety management through yoga for teenagers.
In Australia I was giving private lessons and doing open classes by donation in the park, which was a really nice experience, where I could meet people from all around the world, teach right in front of the ocean and making yoga accesible for everyone regardless of money.
Now I’m teaching yoga and doing Thai Massage in a Surf Camp in Sri Lanka.
