A Little More About Me
After practicing 8+ years of Hatha yoga, I have found we are all students. My introduction to yoga was through Iyengar yoga, named after the late great B.K.S. Iyengar. Most yoga practiced today, excluding Kundalini and a few other respected practices, is Hatha yoga no matter what it is labeled. Although I started with Iyengar, today I teach many forms of yoga such as, Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga (an easier version of Ashtanga), Iyengar yoga, Hot yoga, Power yoga, Reike, Tantris yoga, and other styles and techniques. I pride myself on keeping my studies non-dogmatic, therefore, this same attitude flows through my teachings. I think this is important and hard to find in the global yoga community.
