A Little More About Me
I started out with an interest in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), then moved from body building to pilates, until I finally found my passion in yoga. The styles I am certified for are: ashtanga, vinyasa and yin yoga.
My motto in teaching is to think from the perspective of the student. My approach is to imagine myself in their shoes. That means my classes are less dogmatic and often I incorporate humour to release any kind of tension. My style of teaching has been highly appreciated, especially by beginning students. Because I focus on the student’s perspective, I have become very versatile and taught classes ranging from chair yoga (for elderly) to a step-by-step ashtanga workshop for beginning and occasional practitioners (through modifications based on the Primary Series).
Teaching is for me as much fun as practising.
