I am registered as a E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, and apart from teaching workshops, retreats and group & private clases, I also spent two years teaching in 200h Yoga Teacher Trainings in Sampoorna Yoga School in Goa, India. My intention as a professional Yoga Teacher is to help students listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone.
I have a true passion to help and guide my students to experience the many transformative benefits of Yoga, to find the strength within, and open up to life and its many beautiful possibilities. Born in Spain, I first found yoga in 2008 and the physicality of the practice caught my interest right away! But Yoga is much more than a physical practice, and the more you dive in the more you can see how it’s all interrelated: our body and emotions, actions and reactions, the way we choose to see life, and the way we choose to live our life too. Studying and practicing Yoga has given me a different and more integral perspective of life. Becoming a qualified Yoga Teacher, also gave me the opportunity to leave my home country and start traveling around Asia, finding places where I’ve been able to deepen my knowledge and practice, as well as my teaching skills.
I am as well certified as full-body oil and deep tissue massage therapist, Life and Health Coach and I’m studying at the moment to get the Naturopath certificate! Very excited about that last one. My favourite styles to practice and teach are Ashtanga primary Series, Vinyasa Flow classes, and Yin. I love the challenge and the sweat, as much as the meditation and the surrendering. Our Yin and Yang. Just like playing an instrument, yoga teaches us to be present in the moment. I hope that my students experience the joy that this practice gives to me.
