A Little More About Me
My interest is mostly within Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Although I was extremely involved within Calisthenics for 12 years when I was younger, and began stretching and flowing with my movements as a way to relieve stress from within my body. I didn’t find out until much later that it was actually yoga I had been practicing all along! So mostly my experience within yoga has been intuitive yoga and deep stretching, allowing my body to flow where it needs to.
