I have recently completed my 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow YTTC in Goa, India. As a fresh, friendly and enthusiastic teacher I cater to all levels and styles of yoga including pranayama and meditation. I prioritise focus on the breath and a connection to the body and mind to be able to reap the true benefits of practice. During my teacher training I gained a truly authentic experience and fell even more in love with yoga. Currently travelling Asia I aim to settle on this beautiful continent and spread my passion.
As well as yoga I also have a passion for dancing, animals and travelling. As a sociable, easy going and approachable person I love meeting new people and making friends from all over the world.
A Little More About Me
I practice many types of yoga including Hatha, yin, bikram and Iyengar. However, my daily self practice is Ashtanga Vinyasa. I enjoy practicing on rooftops, at the beach and at home with my cat. I am a vegan/ vegetarian that also adopts a karma yoga lifestyle.
