I managed many restaurants and staff, most of them vegan-vegetarian
It was affected after I made a change in my diet and perspective , so it also affected my place of employment.
Im owing my my own business for Vegan Catering for retreats and workshops all over the world.
In the last serval months I have managed team and writing daily changing menu in the Shivananda Yoga Retreat in the Bahamas.
