At the end of 2019 I completed a very juicy and powerful mentorship with the shop owner where I rent my massage studio. I was guided through learning many modalities of bodywork, utilizing tools and accessories such as tuning forks, sound healing, aromatherapy, guided imagery, and more. I was given many resources for personal development and for understanding pathology, disease, and the energy body as well.
I would love to start traveling abroad, marrying massage and yoga so I can make my body and stamina stronger. I am happy to jump into anything I haven’t done before when someone is willing to teach me! I love learning new skills to carry with me wherever I go. I would love to live a yogic lifestyle in nature, with food, and daily practices. Cheers!

A Little More About Me

Alumni/Ambassador for Yandara Yoga Institute 200YTT- Baja, Mexico
I attended Yandara in March 2013. I was living in Santa Cruz California at the time, practicing more yoga at the many locations throughout my area. Santa Cruz is a community overflowing with yoga, surfers, massage and wellness. I was hearing more aspects of yoga “living”, and grew more curious about yoga as a lifestyle. Through research I decided the way I wanted to learn more about it was to travel out of my element to experience an immersion. I was comparing yoga retreat options, but kept getting suggestions from friends/yogis and online research to attend an extended a yoga teacher training, so I registered at Yandara. It was a life changing experience that gave me many new ideas, techniques for yoga and meditation, and tons of resources to bring into my daily life. I attended to learn about myself and about yoga as a lifestyle, but never transitioned into teaching. In the last few years, I’ve learned more about the body through massage, and pushed my physical movement with kickboxing. I am learning more about balance of living through the body and am loving all the ways teachers are getting creative to make new yoga experiences. I am finally feeling ready and available to be a resource, and leader, and to teach what I know and love and believe!
My yoga interests include;
Yin yoga/restorative yoga
Aerial & acro yoga
Kettlebell/weight training yoga
Experience & Qualifications
I have little teaching experience- I subbed beginner and gentle yoga classes when I worked at the fitness center called LifestyleRx under ownership of Stanford-Valleycare. I often host yoga with friends for the sake of practicing with people I know so I can allow more questions and educating. I have a lot of experience as a student and class attendee. After learning so much for myself, I am finally feeling available mentally and emotionally to start sharing and teaching!
