I am a former Qigong instructor, and since 2009 I have taught yoga, mindfulness and meditation in 8-10 retreats a year and weekly classes 8 months a year.
I love yoga because it helps me to be at home, and aware of the connection to other people and to nature.

I have published two books, one dvd and four meditation cd’s. I have developed a Web-tv/web-portal with 200 videoes and an app with guided meditations.
Working as a Dj and with retreats and courses, I have achieved an important understanding of group dynamics and I have worked with groups with diversed background and ages from 18-80 years.
