Chandrasara focus is on people’s wellbeing and leads them to connect with themselves exploring their own paths through mindfulness practices and sound healing. This is achieved through sound baths, reiki, sound therapy treatments or yoga sessions for all ages.
I believe that mindfulness and yoga should be accessible to everyone regardless of social background, age or body type. The goal is the same but the path is adapted depending on the individuals.

A Little More About Me
Originally from Spain but I have lived in Asia for the past 5 years and around the globe for half of my life. I have practiced yoga and meditation for the past 9 years and my first Teaching Training, Tao Flow, was seven years ago.
I have initiated several women circles and hold full moon meditations for the community to feel comfortable in sharing and celebrating who they are; celebrate the feminine through skills, ceremony and song.

Experience & Qualifications
Integral Hatha Yoga, Tao Flow (Qigong and Hatha), Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy for Chronic Illness, Kidding Around Yoga (children’s yoga).
My spiritual journey started when I was a child visiting my bohemian aunt who lived in a Buddhist monastery in Southern Spain. The concept of incarnation, prayer and ritual was fascinating and the seed was planted.
Nine years ago I decided to venture to Thailand to explore and find out what spirituality meant. I spent half a year practicing yoga in yoga communities, meditating in forest monasteries, studying Thai massage and volunteering in local permaculture farms.
I have drifted to the corporate world and back into my passion several times until I took a solid ground in my spiritual path in the beginning of 2018.
