Fears, traumas and beliefs can be worked out according to individuality. As a certified PSYCH-K® companion, life counselor, TRI-Yoga and YIN teacher, with sound healing etc., I help people to find their way a little further from my life experience with authentic impulses. I received my 711 UE (1 UE=45min) from TRI-Yoga Center in Allershausen from 2010 to January 2015 (First Basic 2013, Level1 2014 Level2 2015) and I am certified through TRIYoga®. Interests include the culture of your country, getting more praktice in english speaking as well as learning more on Yoga. Right now I am enjoying teaching at my own studio in munich http://www.einfachsein.one. In summertime In Juli/August I’ve summer break so I am free to teach anywhere.
