Since I was a child, I’ve always been particularly fascinated by the bigger questions of life and after completing a Master’s Degree in Comparative Culture, this lifelong reseach led me to work as an educator and educative team manager in a variety of schools.
My first relationship with yoga was in my city, Torino (Italy), where I started practicing Kashmir Yoga, following the hatha yoga teachings of Jean Klein which mainly focus on the energy body (pranamaya kosha) and nondual meditation (advaita).
During this period of teaching, I developed a particular interest in meditation and mindfulness as powerful tools to use within schools and I started researching and experimenting with alternative educative methods related to a conscious and holistic approach to life.
I have been part of a philosophy research group for seven years, focussing on the interactions between western and oriental philophy and five years ago I began traveling all over the world to discover more about different philosophies and spiritual paths.
In the meantime I started practicing Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga and developed a passion for Aerial Yoga combining it with my previous dance skills (I was a dancer and dance trainer) till the point I decided to get certified as a Multistyle Yoga teacher, completing my yoga teacher training certification with Fusion Yoga, a Registered Yoga School (RYS), located in Rishikesh, India.
I now teach yoga in Goa (India) and online, work as a life mentor and keep finding new ways to develop and share a multi-faceted and intersectional approach to spirituality.
