I am a dedicated master student in Environmental Science with a major in Forest and Landscape Management at ETH in Switzerland. Currently I am working on my thesis on seeds for forest restoration in southeast Asia, and I am highly motivated to contribute my skills towards conserving biodiversity and creating resilient ecosystems. Degradation and loss of tropical forests is a pressing issue, and I want to contribute my life’s work towards reversing this trend.
Yoga has been an integral part of my life for over 12 years, not only on the mat but as a life philosophy. As a yoga instructor, I strive to empower my students in a playful way to train their body and mind to observe and become more present and self-aware. I love creating physically challenging, flowing class sequences and balancing between the strong yang and regenerative yin energy. Apart from yoga, I am currently working on my master thesis on forest restoration in southeast Asia, and I am highly motivated to contribute my life’s work towards conserving biodiversity and creating resilient ecosystems.
