As a trauma informed yoga teacher I strive to support people in their own personal journey, raising the level of body awareness and mindfulness.
Using the path of yoga, I focus on creating a safe space in which every person can consciously connect with the body and find stillness of the mind.
Teaching yoga for me is about creating connections, respect and empathy. For this reason I try to adapt my classes considering the people’s needs and abilities.
I practice Ashtanga Yoga and meditation on a daily basis. My classes can differentiate from a gentle, slow flow to a more dynamic, Ashtanga and alignment based sequencing.
I can teach also meditation, pranayama and I host ecstatic dance event.
