I have been practicing yoga for the past 13 years and teaching for the past 7 years. I am currently teaching Ashtanga, Hatha, Restorative & Meditation classes to all levels. I have also started teaching online on zoom, Skype and Instagram live since lockdown as well as recording videos.

I stepped on a yoga mat for the first time in my early twenties in my hometown, Tehran while I was a philosophy student. It became a significant part of my life for the past 10 years. It helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat.
