I turned to yoga to find an exercise I could do on the road while traveling and was super surprised to end up finding the practice being so much more than that. More than just a workout. I had no idea how it would become my main tool to deal with my constant self-criticism, insecurities and anxieties. I sure didn’t know it would help me become a more accepting, forgiving and loving version of myself. Yoga welcomed me to a community where I could freely share and simply know that I am never alone, wherever I’m at.
As a Yoga teacher I want to be of service to people who are usually excluded from this community. I want to invite everyone to have access to this immense support and the healing benefits that yoga has offered me.
