Hello! I am a newly qualified yoga teacher, so have joined to see what yoga opportunities are around. I completed my YTT in Koh Samui, Thailand, in February 2019.
I am currently based in London, but am keen to travel the world with my new qualification gaining as much experience as possible, so will be interested in any and all jobs.
So excited for this new journey, I absolutely can’t wait to start teaching!
A Little More About Me
I really enjoy general vinyasa flow. I am working hard on different poses and binds so incorporate into my flow! I try to incorporate mindfulness into each practise, as I use yoga to help me feel grounded and present. I also love restorative yoga!
Experience & Qualifications
I have been practising yoga for around 7-8 years. For the first few years, it was 2 general vinyasa classes a week. Whilst travelling and living abroad (South East Asia, Australia, Indonesia), I self-practised continuously for around 2 years. Whilst as university studying to be a nurse, I did not have the chance to practise as much due to my extremely heavy schedule. At this time, I practised when and wherever I could. In the last 6 months, I have been practising 5-6 times a week, as I was preparing for my YTT in Thailand. These classes have consisted of Vinyasa flow, bottle-rocket yoga, restorative yoga, Ashtanga yoga and yin yoga. I absolutely love all of these classes and am finding myself becoming more competent every day.
In January 2019, I completed my YTT in Koh Samui, Thailand. This was a 3 week intensive course with Jess Rose and Leah Sugarman. I am so excited to start teaching and gaining experience!
